Packages
Packages include 1:1 sessions, support and resources between sessions
Clients also get free access to any workshops I run while we are working together.
Frequency of sessions:
Session frequency will be set on an individual basis.
Length of Sessions:
Sessions last up to 90 minutes (mindset) and 60minutes (health), delivered via Zoom

What does the Health Coaching involve?
I have a deep understanding and years of experience and learning as it relates to the fundamentals of real health –
not just absence of disease/symptoms.
I am skilled at delivering complex science in simple and digestible way to educate, inspire and empower individuals
to create the foundations of health through food and lifestyle.
This coaching offers personalised one-on-one support, encompassing the key pillars of true health: nutrition, exercise,
sleep, relaxation, mindset, stress, and microbiome (gut health). Through targeted practices and gradual adjustments,
tangible benefits are experienced throughout the coaching journey.
Health Coaching is not private medical services and does not provide medical advice, assessment recommendation.
It does not supersede any medical diagnosis/ assessments/ advice or treatment from your own doctor.
Clients are advised to discuss health/ medication concerns with their doctor before commencing coaching and before making any changes to their
diet/ lifestyle habits and always encouraged to follow their own doctors advice.
